Spring Lake believes the Scriptures teach that Christ died to save individuals from the condemnation of sin and to establish a new community called the “church.” This new community is to love one another as they serve Christ in this world. This new community has its doctrines, duties, and destiny outlined in the New Testament scriptures.
Spring Lake receives new members in one of the following ways:
•Confess a personal faith in Christ as Savior and come for baptism
•Transfer of a letter from a church of the same faith
•Statement of a previous profession of faith and baptism by a church of the same belief
